First Time at Asia Yacht Expo 2026

Asia Yacht Expo 2026 took place at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou from 15 to 17 May. This was our first time exhibiting at the show, and also an important step for us in China.

The event brought together many companies from water sports, water tourism, diving equipment, sightseeing ships, yacht equipment, and related industries. For us it was a good chance to present our electric propulsion and control solutions to a new audience.

Good Interest from Visitors

We were positively surprised by the number of visitors and their interest in electrification. The event also showed that the yacht industry in China is developing very quickly. There is a lot of potential, and from what we heard during the show, the expo itself is also growing strongly every year.

At the expo we presented our electric propulsion solutions, control systems and our boatbuilding capabilities.

Electric Maritime Conferences

It was also interesting to meet IEMA, which presented three conference topics about the current state of electric maritime, the future of yachting beyond sustainability, and European recreational electric vessel regulations.

These topics are close to our work, so it was good to see them included in the programme and discussed with the local industry.
