Boot Tulln 2026: Our First Exhibition with Boats on Display

Making our debut at the Austrian BoatShow – Boot Tulln in Tulln this year, we had a great opportunity to present our integrated electric propulsion solutions to a wide audience of boatbuilders, industry professionals, and boating enthusiasts. The event had a very positive atmosphere, leading to many productive discussions about system integration and the growing demand for electric boating.

First NT Systems appearance at the Austrian Boat Show

As Austria’s largest boat show and a premier inland exhibition for Central and Eastern Europe, Boot Tulln marks the official start of the boating season. This year’s edition welcomed 36,342 visitors and approximately 300 exhibitors, confirming its role as a key meeting point for the regional industry.

Public Presentation of the NTone 710

NTone 710 electric boat – first public presentation

At the exhibition, we revealed our electric boat to the public for the first time. The NTone 710 is more than just a boat — it is also a demonstration of what we do.

The boat attracted a lot of attention thanks to its distinctive design, carbon hull, and monolithic deck-hull line, where the upper deck flows smoothly into the hull, creating a clean and continuous silhouette.

The interior design also received considerable attention. Marine-grade textiles were used throughout the cockpit, featuring off-white upholstery with blue piping details and subtle blue ambient lighting. Visitors also appreciated the clean and carefully organized cable installation, reflecting our focus on precise system integration.

Several carefully designed details attracted curiosity as well. One example is our custom-made sliding cup holder, hidden under the helm. With a simple tap on the touchscreen, it slides into position or returns under the console, without any physical switches.

Classic Boat, Restored and Electrified

1972 Boesch wooden boat, restored and converted to electric propulsion

Alongside the NTone, we also presented a fully restored Boesch Acapulco de Luxe 580, a 1972 wooden boat that has been converted to electric propulsion.

The boat is equipped with an 80 kW motor and a 63 kWh battery, combining classic craftsmanship with modern electric technology.

The restored boat attracted strong interest from visitors. Several people commented that it was one of the most beautifully restored boats of this type at the exhibition. Particular attention was paid to the interior, where the upholstery was carefully matched to the renewed hull colours, using off-white upholstery with red piping details.

Demonstrating Our Integrated Electric Propulsion Systems

Integrated helm with touchscreen interface, digital controls, and propulsion units in the back

We develop and deliver integrated electric propulsion solutions where clients receive a complete system that works together from the start. This can include the propulsion unit, throttle lever, display interface, and other system components. If required, we also support the full electrical integration, including engineering, cable preparation, and installation.

Our complete systems are also used by other boatbuilders exhibiting at the show.

Thank You for Visiting

NT Systems and Boeli team at the show

During the four days of the exhibition, we had many interesting conversations with visitors, partners, and industry professionals. Thank you to everyone who visited our stand and showed interest in electric boating and integrated propulsion systems. We look forward to continuing these discussions and developing new electric projects in the future.

Special thanks to our long-term partner, Boeli magnetic technology, with whom we developed the electric motors in close cooperation.

Where to Find Us Next

Next time we’ll be exhibiting at Asia Yacht Expo, scheduled for May 16-17, 2026, followed by SMM Hamburg from September 1-4, 2026. We look forward to seeing you there.
