The reboot, if we may allow ourselves to express it in computer slang, happened after a forced 3-year break. Luckily the pandemic-related break could not do event any harm. Figures are impressive, registering nearly 237,000 visitors from over 100 countries and more than 1,500 exhibitors from 68 nations on 220,000 square meters in 16 halls.

This year’s tradeshow brought in some new additions to the extensive agenda. We saw the first edition of the blue innovation dock, a new platform offering the space to discuss the advancement of boating, which is a result of the collaboration between EBI (European boating industry) and boot Dusseldorf. The new sustainability forum started as an online event during the CARAVAN SALON in Dusseldorf in August and will set an international benchmark by offering the opportunity to address the future and issues of the sector and to exchange knowledge with companies from the marine industry and beyond. We had a great general experience visiting the event and most importantly a lot of fun. The show is well organized, has a wide variety of products on display and the exhibitors are friendly and informative. We also used the visit as an opportunity for a couple of meetings with our suppliers and potential customers.

Pay attention to next year’s exhibitor list, it is quite possible you will see NT Systems there. boot Dusseldorf will return from 20 to 28 January 2024
